I’m Tiffany, a Virtual Assistant and Publishing Consultant with a diverse background spanning publishing, tech, and finance. Over the past decade, I’ve worked alongside bestselling authors, startup founders, and CEOs, helping bring order and ease to the moving parts of their businesses. I thrive behind the scenes, creating systems that support simplicity, flow, and sustainable growth.
My career hasn’t followed a straight line, and I like it that way. From studying International Business at the University of San Francisco to working in finance at Morgan Stanley and later in fast-paced startups and publishing, every chapter has taught me how to manage big projects, support people through creative work, and build structures that actually work. What’s stayed consistent is my love of helping people find clarity, stay organized, and feel like someone truly has their back.
These days, I work remotely from Málaga, Spain, after living in Connecticut, San Francisco and Austin, TX. Outside of work, you’ll find me practicing mindfulness, exploring new cities, and always on the hunt for the perfect coffee shop.
